CULTIVATION ADVISOR
DAVID WINTER
My team says that if you combine the passion for growing with legacy experience, and a personal drive for perfection, you have me, David. Serving as the Master Grower at Brantford Micro Grow Inc, I take on challenging responsibilities, such as project manager, grow room designer, and pheno-hunting.
I am a passionate cannabis grower and skillful cultivation educator. I’ve worked hard over the past 2.5 decades to build and apply my cultivation knowledge allowing me to identify top cultivars by continually testing throughout each grow to cycle to maximize yield by providing each cultivar with its unique light, nutrient, and water requirements to ensure they are the best representative of their individual aroma and taste profiles. I also love to create my own hybrids from our genetic selection to ensure BMG has a unique selection of premium cannabis for every consumer.
In addition to numerous years in the business, I am also a naturopath. Outside of our facility, I work just as hard to maintain a lifestyle of health and fitness to provide me with a work-life balance. I believe that God put cannabis on the Earth to be enjoyed by everyone.
You could also ask me about rescuing cats. It’s my secret talent.

RPIC & HEAD OF SECURITY
ANDY ATWAL
As Co-Owner, RPIC, and Head of Security at Brantford Micro Grow Inc. I am responsible for overseeing operations, and safety, and providing team support wherever needed. I’m particularly involved with security and operational training and development, as my goal is to be a part of one of Canada’s leading Micro Cultivators.
I bring 25+ years of experience to my role, including experience with my own organic family farming operations along with my degree in Economics from the University of Guelph. The result of this background is that I am very hands-on and I bring a high level of dedication to the work.

SIMON KITH
As the Chief Financial Officer at Brantford Micro Grow, I’m here to ensure we increase our value and never sacrifice our integrity or dedication to our customers in doing so. COO of Tung Fong Food Service, I bring a unique perspective to the work we do by pushing the team to strive for excellence.
With a knack for finance and management, I believe in fiscal responsibility and the future of this industry.
I am a University Of Toronto graduate with a Bachelor of Economics.
